Your data, your choice. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

How to Request Data Deletion

Email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

Include in your email:

Your registered email address on Aideators
Your company name
Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data

What Gets Deleted

When you request full data deletion, we remove:

Account data — Your name, email, password, and profile information
Business data — Brand settings, website intelligence, coverage areas, keywords
Lead data — All contacts, lead scores, and engagement history
Campaign data — Emails, social posts, landing pages, and performance metrics
Social connections — All OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted
AI conversation history — All Aaria chat history
Files and media — Uploaded images, videos, and documents

What We Retain

We may retain minimal data where legally required:

Payment records — Invoice history for tax compliance (up to 7 years as required by HMRC)
Anonymised analytics — Aggregated platform usage statistics that cannot identify you
Legal hold data — If there is an active legal matter or dispute

Facebook / Instagram Data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Aideators and want your data deleted:

We delete all stored Facebook/Instagram tokens, page information, and posting history
You can also revoke access from your Facebook settings: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove Aideators
Content already posted to your Facebook/Instagram pages remains on those platforms under your control

Timeline

Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days of your request
Data deletion: Within 30 days
Backup purge: Within 30 days after deletion
Confirmation: We will email you when deletion is complete

Partial Deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data without closing your account:

Delete individual leads from the Lead Activity page
Disconnect social channels from Settings (tokens deleted immediately)
Delete campaigns from the Campaigns page
Request deletion of specific business data by email
